Voxfor Service Agreement
1. Introduction
Welcome to Voxfor (“Voxfor”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing, registering, accessing, or using any Voxfor service, you (the “Customer” or “you”) agree to be bound by this Service Agreement (the “Agreement”).
2. Scope of Services
Voxfor currently offers the following core services (collectively, the “Services”):
- Lifetime Hosting (shared & reseller web‑hosting packages)
- Lifetime VPS (virtual private servers)
- Lifetime Game‑Optimised Dedicated Servers
- Dedicated Server
- Managed WooCommerce Hosting
- Managed WordPress Hosting
- Ancillary services such as domain registration, SSL certificates, managed add‑ons, backup storage, and DDoS mitigation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the order page, each Service includes unmetered traffic, free SSL, routine backups, basic DDoS protection, and 24 × 7 support. Feature sets are detailed on voxfor.com and form part of this Agreement.
3. “Lifetime” Definition
“Lifetime” refers to the active commercial lifespan of Voxfor as a going concern. Voxfor commits to operate and maintain any Lifetime Service for as long as Voxfor remains in business, subject to (i) the Customer’s ongoing compliance with this Agreement and (ii) the fair‑usage rules in §7.
4. Ten‑Year Activity Verification
Every ten (10) years from the original provisioning date, Voxfor will email the primary contact on file asking the Customer to confirm continued use of each Lifetime Service.
- Response window: 30 days from dispatch.
- No response: the Service will be suspended but preserved for up to twelve (12) months.
- Reactivation: the Customer may reactivate at any time within the 12‑month grace period by opening a support ticket.
- Permanent deletion: if no contact is made within the grace period, all associated data will be erased and the Service will be terminated permanently.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate billing and contact information.
- Ensure all activity under the account complies with applicable laws and the Acceptable‑Use provisions of §6.
- Keep login credentials secure.
- Back up critical data (Voxfor supplies routine backups as a courtesy but ultimate responsibility lies with the Customer).
6. Acceptable‑Use & Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on any Voxfor infrastructure. Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without refund, even if the Service was purchased as a “Lifetime” plan:
6.1 General Abuse
Any use of the Services for unlawful purposes, harassment, intimidation, or to facilitate malware distribution.
6.2 Malicious Network Activity & Hacking
- Launching or coordinating denial‑of‑service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, port scanning, brute‑force attempts, or any attempt to compromise another system
- Hosting or distributing exploit kits, botnet C2 software, password lists, or similar hacking utilities.
6.3 Bulk & Unsolicited Email (SPAM)
Sending or facilitating unsolicited commercial email (UCE), email bombing, or using Voxfor resources in any stage of a spam campaign.
6.4 Abuse of Lifetime Services
Payment for a Lifetime plan does not exempt a customer from these rules. Accounts engaging in illegal or abusive activity can be terminated permanently without compensation.
6.5 Adult Content
Pornographic or sexually explicit material is prohibited on shared‑hosting plans and requires prior written approval on a dedicated solution.
6.6 IRC, Proxies & Similar Relays
Running public IRC servers, open proxies, TOR exit nodes, or similar relay services without explicit consent.
6.7 Copyright & Illegal Material
Hosting or linking to unlicensed copyrighted works, pirated software, cracking tools, or content illegal under Israeli law or the server’s locale.
7. Fair‑Usage & Resource Limits‑Usage & Resource Limits
- Shared‑Hosting Limits: CPU/RAM usage may not exceed 10 % of a physical server for sustained periods. MySQL databases are limited to 100 MB per database unless upgraded.
- VPS/Dedicated: Customers are expected to configure and secure their server responsibly. Excessive outbound attacks, bandwidth abuse, or activities affecting node stability will result in intervention.
- Data Traffic: Packages advertise “unmetered” traffic but remain subject to reasonable network etiquette; Voxfor may throttle or bill extraordinary 95th‑percentile usage after notice.
8. Payments, Pricing & Refunds
- Lifetime Services: require a one‑time, upfront fee; payments are non‑refundable once the Service is provisioned.
- Recurring Services (monthly/annual): auto‑renew unless cancelled at least 10 days before renewal.
- Voxfor reserves the right to adjust pricing for future purchases. Existing prepaid terms are honoured.
- Chargebacks or payment reversals will result in immediate suspension.
- Refunds for third‑party items (domains, SSLs, licences, external VPS/servers) are not available once ordered.
9. Suspension & Termination
Voxfor reserves the unconditional right to suspend or terminate any Service, without refund, under any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of Acceptable‑Use (§6) or Fair‑Usage (§7).
- Malicious or Illegal Activity. This includes SPAM campaigns, hacking, fraud, or participation in botnets. Lifetime fees do not shield the account from termination.
- Failure to respond to the Ten‑Year Activity Verification within the timelines stated in §4.
- Actions that endanger Voxfor’s infrastructure, reputation, or the privacy/security of third parties.
Terminated accounts for the reasons above are not eligible for any partial or full refund, and Voxfor may, at its sole discretion, forward relevant data to law‑enforcement agencies.
10. Privacy & GDPR & GDPR
Voxfor adheres to GDPR principles: we do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required to deliver the Services or by law. Customers may request data deletion at any time; deleted hosting data is purged within 5 days. Backups are stored encrypted on isolated servers.
11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as‑is” and “as‑available.” Voxfor makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uptime, data integrity, or fitness for a particular purpose. Voxfor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the Customer for the affected Service.
12. Modifications
We may update this Agreement to reflect changes in law, technology, or business operations. Material changes will be notified via email or posted on voxfor.com at least 15 days prior to taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel‑Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
