Welcome to Voxfor (“Voxfor”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing, registering, accessing, or using any Voxfor service, you (the “Customer” or “you”) agree to be bound by this Service Agreement (the “Agreement”).
Voxfor currently offers the following core services (collectively, the “Services”):
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the order page, each Service includes unmetered traffic, free SSL, routine backups, basic DDoS protection, and 24 × 7 support. Feature sets are detailed on voxfor.com and form part of this Agreement.
“Lifetime” refers to the active commercial lifespan of Voxfor as a going concern. Voxfor commits to operate and maintain any Lifetime Service for as long as Voxfor remains in business, subject to (i) the Customer’s ongoing compliance with this Agreement and (ii) the fair‑usage rules in §7.
Every ten (10) years from the original provisioning date, Voxfor will email the primary contact on file asking the Customer to confirm continued use of each Lifetime Service.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on any Voxfor infrastructure. Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without refund, even if the Service was purchased as a “Lifetime” plan:
Any use of the Services for unlawful purposes, harassment, intimidation, or to facilitate malware distribution.
Sending or facilitating unsolicited commercial email (UCE), email bombing, or using Voxfor resources in any stage of a spam campaign.
Payment for a Lifetime plan does not exempt a customer from these rules. Accounts engaging in illegal or abusive activity can be terminated permanently without compensation.
Pornographic or sexually explicit material is prohibited on shared‑hosting plans and requires prior written approval on a dedicated solution.
Running public IRC servers, open proxies, TOR exit nodes, or similar relay services without explicit consent.
Hosting or linking to unlicensed copyrighted works, pirated software, cracking tools, or content illegal under Israeli law or the server’s locale.
Voxfor reserves the unconditional right to suspend or terminate any Service, without refund, under any of the following circumstances:
Terminated accounts for the reasons above are not eligible for any partial or full refund, and Voxfor may, at its sole discretion, forward relevant data to law‑enforcement agencies.
Voxfor adheres to GDPR principles: we do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required to deliver the Services or by law. Customers may request data deletion at any time; deleted hosting data is purged within 5 days. Backups are stored encrypted on isolated servers.
Services are provided “as‑is” and “as‑available.” Voxfor makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uptime, data integrity, or fitness for a particular purpose. Voxfor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the Customer for the affected Service.
We may update this Agreement to reflect changes in law, technology, or business operations. Material changes will be notified via email or posted on voxfor.com at least 15 days prior to taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel‑Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
