There is complete directadmin email management settings from where user can setup, change password and delete email accounts.
To access email settings, first locate the search bar at the top of the screen. Enter “email” into the search bar and then select “Email Accounts” from the list of options that appears.

To proceed, locate and click the “Create” button depicted in the image provided. This action will initiate the process or function associated with the button.
Create Email Account:
Enter your username, then click the icon next to the password field to automatically generate a password. Finally, click the “Create Account” button as indicated in the image to complete the process.
You’ll receive a confirmation dialog box indicating that your account has been successfully created, displaying all the details of your new account.
Change Password:
To change the password, select the checkbox next to the email address for which you want to update the password, then click the “+” icon as shown in the image.
After clicking the “+” button, you will see two options. Select “Change Password/Username” to proceed with updating your credentials.
Enter your new password and then click the “Save” button to apply the changes.
After clicking “Save,” you will receive an email notification confirming that your account has been updated.
Delete Email:
Select the email account you just created, then click the “Delete” button as shown in the instructions.
You’ll receive a confirmation notification to delete the account. Simply click the “Confirm” button to proceed with the deletion.
You will receive an alert indicating that your email account has been removed. This means you will no longer have access to your email account and all associated data.
